The risk of loss and title for all merchandise ordered on this Web site pass to you when the merchandise is delivered to the shipping carrier.

  • RETURNS: Our goal is for you to be satisfied with your purchase from The Quilting Machine Shop. We do not offer cash refunds but will gladly exchange any GO product that is defective within the one year warranty period from date of purchase. EXCHANGES: New dies will be exchanged between 10 and 30 days from receipt of order. Dies must be in their original packaging, new and unused. Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser. How to Initiate a Return or Exchange A return merchandise authorization (RMA) is required for all returns. Please complete the RMA form that is included with your shipment, including a brief description for the reason for return. Call The Quilting Machine Shop 386-206-1665 to obtain an RMA number. Please have your invoice with you when you call. If you no longer have your RMA form please contact us at 386-206-1665 and we will email you one. Our Customer Service hours are 9 a.m. - 5 p.m. EST, Monday through Friday. Pack the item to be returned securely. Make sure that the package is fully sealed before shipping. We ask that the item be shipped via UPS, or FEDEX or insured USPS. Using one of these methods will allow the package to be traced and also make the process go much quicker.
